Releasing Web Scouter API

Today, I am happy to announce that the Web Scouter API is now open to public.

Though it is just a simple REST API to grab the scouter value of the given url, I believe it is useful for most of the web sites that want to measure the real power of the media sites and blogs.

I have also prepared a Japanese version of the same API, in case you are Japanese.
